L’ ami Kefalotyri is a hard yellowish cheese, with a pleasant salty and spicy taste made with 100% local goat and sheep’s milk.
You can enjoy it in pies, pizza, grated with pasta, as appetizer and in salads. It is also ideal with cold meats and ham.
Minimum maturation: 3 months
Ingredients: 100% Greek goat and sheep’s milk, salt, rennet, culture.
Available in wheels of 8kg and in smaller quantities of 200g and 400g, all in vacuum packaging.
